The Virginia Youth Council (Virginia Youth Council of CCINVA) is a group of young high school leaders dedicated to serving Christ, strengthening community, and uplifting youth voices across our congregations. Made up of passionate and committed youth representatives, the council works together to plan events, encourage spiritual growth, and foster meaningful connections among young people throughout Virginia.

Who We Are

The VA Youth Council consists of youth members selected from applicants of high school youth within the CCINVA. These individuals serve as leaders, role models, and advocates for youth engagement, bringing fresh ideas and energy to the broader church community.

(Currently serving are Tristan Goodman, Carl Prince, Garrett Butler, and Emma Hungate.)

 

Our Purpose

• To create opportunities for youth to grow in faith and leadership

• To connect youth across congregations through events and shared experiences

• To encourage service, fellowship, and spiritual development

• To amplify the voices and ideas of young people within CCINVA
