Craig Springs Kitchen Update:

 

We thank all the donors for their generosity for the Craig Springs Kitchen Renovation.  With your part of the donation, we are able to move closer to our 2027 start date.  It is later than we had previously planned, but we are committed to this project.

 

We plan to begin the renovation process following the 2027 camping season with the hopes that it will be completed by the 2028 season.  In order to ensure that we can get started and be good stewards, we are dividing the project into two phases:

 

1:  The demolition and renovation of the kitchen itself; and

2.  The addition of public bathrooms next to the dining hall.

 

This kitchen renovation is essential to preserving this ministry for future generations of campers, while also making Craig Springs Camp and Conference Center more attractive to churches and other retreat groups.

We would also like to thank Seventh Street Christian Church for their promise of donating their (nearly new) kitchen equipment for the project as they prepare to sell their building.  This donation will go a long way to making the kitchen renovation a reality and not a dream!
