Program, Lodging, Meals, Children’s Program
Adult Full Registration includes $78 program fee, all meals, two nights lodging in Tate Hall at Lynchburg College. Tate Hall accommodates two persons per room, has air conditioning and community bathrooms on the hall. You must bring your own towels, sheets, pillow and blanket.
An opportunity will be given to register children on the “Lodging, Meals and Fees” page (see fees below).
Single Occupancy: $199.00
($15 early discount by May 1; $15 late fee after May 15)
Double Occupancy: $183.00 per person (must have a roommate)
($15 early discount by May 1; $15 late fee after May 15)
Adult Partial Registration is for those who will not be attending the whole assembly or who are staying off campus. Program fees, on-campus lodging, meals and children’s registration can be indicated on the “Lodging, Meals and Fees” page of online registration.
• 2-Day Program Fee (attending business sessions, keynotes, interest groups on Friday and Saturday): $78.00
• Friday Only Program Fee: $32.00
• Saturday Only Program Fee: $48.00

Youth and Youth Sponsors will be housed in Tate Hall, double occupancy: $11.00 for one night; $22.00 for two nights (subsidized by the Chaplain’s Office). They should sign up for the meals they require. (Exempt from Program Fee, but $15 late fee applies after May 15.)

Childcare in Tate Hall (includes meals and snacks):

Saturday, 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.: $20.00
Sunday, 8:45 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.: No charge
