Room Reservations: (Individual)
Room reservations will be made by individuals calling into the hotel to 1-757-229-4100, unless otherwise
specified. The individual must identify themselves as a member of the Christian Church Disciples of Christ Meeting
in order to receive your special rates. The group rate will be honored for 3 days before and 3 days after the event for any reservations made prior to cutoff, based on availability. Rates are subject to state and local taxes – currently 10% plus $2.00 occupancy tax.
Guest Check-In/Check-Out Procedures:
Our guest check-in time is 4:00 pm. Since it is our policy to house a guest in a clean room, it will be helpful if your attendees
plan to check-in after that time. Guests arriving before 4:00 pm will be accommodated as soon as rooms become
available. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Anyone wishing special consideration for a late checkout should inquire with the front
desk on their day of departure.
